Puntas is the heart of Rincon. Located high up in the hills, yet walking distance to the beach. The area boasts some of the most breathtaking views of Rincon. Not to mention that in the winter, when the surf is firing, you can hear the waves crashing at night. It is truly serene. Travelers also love Puntas for its high energy, which can found in the surf, restaurants, bars, and shops that are located just down the hill from The Babanees. The house is situated in a family orientated neighborhood. Pleasant, with all sorts of authentic Puerto Rican touches! The ocean views and sunsets are amazing! As homeowners, we love walking our dogs down to Pool's Beach. It is a short 10-minute walk down the hill. If the waves are firing, it can be one of the most advanced breaks on the North Side of Rincon. However, on smaller days it is always fun to paddle out near the Spanish Walls and catch some funs ones! Great for Paddle Boarding on Flat Days and has entrances to hiking around the Spanish Wall and Domes Trail. Take in all the serene and authentic beauty of the West Side of Puerto Rico in the Puntas neighborhood at Casa Pina. We are within walking distance of all North Rincon's best eats and surf spots including Casa Verde, Tamboo, R2Happiness Rentals, Jake's Java, and Mango Beach Shop!
