Five years ago I embarked on the move of a lifetime. I left my job in NYC and spent 3 straight years in Rincon, PR. I wanted to  learn how to surf, but wound up starting a biz in property management, investment, and renovation! 

 

Rincon is a town deeply rooted in surf. It has attracted some the best artists, restaurateurs, environmentally conscious, and investment savvy people from around the WORLD! Being apart of the US, Rincon is like many small towns that have seen prosperity in tourism. It offers natural splendor, sport, art, and big opportunities for small businesses. There is a sense of freedom and unity you will experience that is forgotten stateside. And most importantly, PR is going to persevere from those who hold a torch for it. 

 

Everything good in my life has come from PR. I have adopted beautiful pets, created a home, career, and made everlasting connections with people. I have been humbled by the good work I have seen happen on the Island. 

 

Being an entrepreneur in PR, I am asked questions like “Is PR okay and how is it recovering?” But what I would really love to hear is “how can I support PR?” And I would answer by telling you TOURISM! 

 

PR is an island made for adventure. It’s a place for travelers who love to stay in private homes and aren’t afraid to explore. It’s safe, beautiful, and accessible! Property management in PR, has taught me to adapt my home designs to include the needs that have to be met when traveling there. I have lived through the outages. So not only does my home reflect my boho beach vibe, but I also ensures your standards comforts. You won’t lose power or water.

 

I’m happy that Puerto Rico is a topic of discussion in the media. I just wish there was a balance between the negative highlights and more info on how to best support PR. TOURISM!
